Accomodating Stay: "I am a traveling nurse and I have stayed at this property on two occasions. The host was very accommodating to my needs and is quick to respond to messages. The location is accessible to bus lines and a subway line. The location is in a residential neighborhood but it is a short ride to Center City if you're looking for a lively city to spend a day in. If there is a concern, it is usually addressed promptly. If you have a car, it is street parking and I do not have trouble looking for a spot." 5-star rating

Cozy and Comfortable: "First and foremost, the landlord for this property is an absolute sweet heart! She's very sweet, honest, and professional. I did not have any issues or problems with the property but if there were minor things like maintenance or repairs that needed to be made, she was very quick to respond and get the issue addressed ASAP which I really appreciated. I couldn't have asked for better tenant-landlord relation! The property itself is beautiful. I stayed on the top floor in the "Home Sweet Home" unit of the property and I loved it. I had privacy and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere that the unit provided me. There is a lot of natural light that comes through which I personally enjoyed. The neighborhood is also relatively quiet and I felt safe regardless of what time I came home." 5-star rating

Great Deal and True hospitality: "Great Deal and 100% real. Tried to rent 4 or 5 places before this one and they all turned out to be scams. This landlord was always accommodating. If by chance, something wasn't working, she had someone there the next day to fix it. She even made us dinner one night and stocked the fridge with the leftovers. You feel at home and safe at chic philly. Recommended if you need a place to stay in the area." 4-star rating

Great Hospitality: "First of all, the hostess J is wonderful. She made me feel very welcome and insured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. She dropped me off and picked me up from work until I was comfortable driving. The neighbors are friendly and diverse. The property is a short walk to CVS, Aldi and a corner grocery store. The location is close to HUP. I enjoy cooking my own meals in a full size kitchen. And having a washer and dryer in the basement is wonderful. No laundromat for me. This is by far to best room I have rented since I have been traveling. And I wholeheartedly recommend any traveler looking for a room book a room with J." 5-star rating
